Overview of Development Project

Bellorama run a luxury glamping business which operates across the South West. They offer high end experiences in stunning rural locations. We worked with the business owners to obtain permission for a small site on the outskirts of the village of Milton near East Knoyle.

Given the location of the site within the AONB, a special bat area and the River Avon Catchment Area which is impacted by high levels of phosphates, the application faced a number of serious challenges. Overcoming the phosphates issue was the most challenging and the application was only granted after many months of work on this.
