Overview of Development Project

This scheme was devised to covert an under-utilised building at a working farm to create 3 dwellings. These can be let to provide additional income for the farm. We worked closely with the designer to ensure that the proposal met the requirements of the Class Q legislation, but also to achieve a really attractive outcome.

Permission was granted in Spring 2021 and the project is now complete. The result, now known as Lime Tree Barn, is impressive and the apartments are enjoying excellent occupancy.

We also applied for planning permission for a change of land to increase the size of the gardens and provide an enlarged and improved parking area.
